1. 溶解方法
使用前先將固體顆粒溶解成1‰---5‰(1g-5g 聚丙烯酰胺溶解1000g的水里面)濃度的水溶液,以便迅速發(fā)揮效力.
在加藥時,應采取漸次性家藥方式,慢慢的投如水中,便之均勻的在水中分散,溶解.
2.溶解液的添加
通常是添加約1‰---3‰的水溶液,但在懸濁液的高濃度和高粘度的場合,建議將水溶液進一步,稀釋成為5‰,則將容易混合而發(fā)揮充分的效果.
3.陽離子較陰離子分子量偏低因而粘度也較陰離子弱,故陽離子,非離子配比濃度標準要比陰離子略高.建議濃度為3‰--1‰.
4.將溶解之后的藥劑添加到污水里面的時候可以根據污水的渾濁度而定，一般1000g污水加10-50g稀釋后的藥劑溶液。
注意事項:
1.配制聚丙烯酰胺水溶液時,應在搪瓷,鍍鋅,鋁制或塑料桶內進行,不可在鐵容器內配制和貯存.
2.溶解時,應注意將產品均勻的慢慢地加入帶攪拌和加熱措施的溶解器中,應避免結固,溶液在適宜溫度下配制,并應避免長時間過劇的機械剪切.建議攪拌器60—200轉/min,否則會導致聚合物降解,影響使用效果.攪拌40分鐘至一個小時，水溫以不超過50℃為宜。
3.聚丙烯酰胺水溶液應做到現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)配,當溶解液長時間放置,其性能將會視水質的情況而逐漸降低.
4.在對懸濁液添家絮凝劑水溶液之后,如果長時間激烈地進行攪拌的話,將會破壞已經形成的絮凝物.
