白色結(jié)晶，mp136~138℃。溶
于氯仿、醇、醚、苯等，微溶于水。在空氣中穩(wěn)定，遇光顏色變深，毒性小，防霉能力一般。主要用于聚氯乙烯等塑料、棉、毛、橡膠、黏合劑、纖維、皮革、涂料等防霉?？捎伤畻钏崤c苯胺在三氯化磷作用下反應(yīng)制得，或由水楊酸甲酯與苯胺反應(yīng)制得。在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)的3,4',5-三溴水楊酰苯胺，防霉能力大大提高。適用于塑料、橡膠、纖維，對(duì)聚氯乙烯薄膜的防霉特別有效。也是肥皂和化妝品的殺菌劑。
白色或略帶紅色的結(jié)晶。難溶于水，易溶于乙醇、乙醚中。
主要作用編輯
抗真菌作用較強(qiáng)，對(duì)小孢子菌和某些毛癬菌有效。常用其5%軟膏治療皮癬。與十一烯酸配合，可增強(qiáng)藥效，減少刺激 [1] ，是肥皂和化妝品的殺菌劑。
制備過(guò)程編輯
將適量水楊酸苯酯投入50ml圓底燒瓶，由于加熱至120℃，使熔融，不時(shí)搖動(dòng)圓底燒瓶，并在此溫度維持5min左右，然后按1g水楊酸苯酯加0.45ml苯胺的比例，加入苯胺，安裝回流冷凝器，加熱至160+5℃，反應(yīng)2h，溫度稍降后，趁熱傾入30 ml85%乙醇中，置于冰水浴中攪拌，直至結(jié)晶析出，過(guò)濾，用85%乙醇洗兩次，干燥，得粗品。
取粗品，投入附有回流冷凝器的圓底燒瓶中，加4倍量的（w/v）的95%乙醇，在60℃水浴中，使之溶解，加少量活性碳及EDTA脫色10min，趁熱過(guò)濾，冷卻、過(guò)濾。用少量乙醇洗兩次（母液回收）。干燥得本品。
