納米氮化釩（VN)通過氣溶膠燒蝕法制備，產品粒度分布均勻，量產大，可以大量應用到硬質合金方面，高的表面活性，可以很好的分散在合金材料中，起到合金彌散強化作用。氮化釩，別名是釩氮合金是一種新型合金添加劑，可以替代釩鐵用于微合金化鋼的生產。氮化釩添加于鋼中能提高鋼的強度、韌性、延展性及抗熱疲勞性等綜合機械性能，并使鋼具有良好的可焊性。在達到相同強度下，添加納米氮化釩節(jié)約釩加入量30-40%，進而降低了成本。

1釩氮合金可用于結構鋼，工具鋼，管道鋼，鋼筋及鑄鐵中。釩氮合金應用于高強度低合金鋼中可同時進行有效的釩、氮微合金化，促進鋼中碳、釩、氮化合物的析出，更有效的發(fā)揮沉降強化和細化晶粒作用；

Product characteristics

Nano vanadium nitride (VN) is prepared by aerosol ablation method. The product has uniform particle size distribution and large volume production. It can be widely used in cemented carbide. It has high surface activity, can be well dispersed in the alloy material, and plays a role of alloy dispersion strengthening. Vanadium nitride, also known as vanadium nitrogen alloy, is a new type of alloy additive, which can replace FEV in the production of microalloyed steel. The addition of VN to steel can improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel, such as strength, toughness, ductility and thermal fatigue resistance, and make the steel have good weldability. At the same strength, the addition of nano VN can save 30-40% of the amount of vanadium and reduce the cost.
