一、申請條件Application conditions

（一）遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；

（1）Abide the laws and regulations of the People&39s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era

（二）出生日期在1982年1月1日以后；

（2）Date of birth after 1st January, 1982

（三）具有博士學(xué)位；

（3）With a doctor&39s degree

（四）柔性電子相關(guān)研究方向；

（4）Flexible electronics related directions

.（五）在2022年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

（5）Before 15th April, 2022, the applicant should have a al teaching or research position in overseas universities, research institutions, enterprise research institutions, and have a continuous working experience of more than 36 months Those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding achievements may relax the restriction on the length of work appropriately

（六）取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>

（6）Have achieved scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, and have potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field

（七）申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2021年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

（7）The applicant has not returned or come to China to work full-time, or has returned to China to work after 1st January, 2021. Upon receiving the grant, the applicant must resign from overseas employment or without employment overseas and return or come to China full-time to work for no less than 3 years.

二、相關(guān)待遇 Salary and Benefits

（一）年薪50-70萬元，除年薪以外還可享受柔電院其他相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)收入；

（1）Annual salary of 500 thousand to 700 thousand yuan, in addition,talents can also enjoy other relevant incentive income from the Institute

（二）科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)：100-500萬元（含政府配套），資助期3年；

（2）Scientific research launch fund: 1 million to 5 million RMB (including government support) lasting for 3 years

（三）協(xié)助解決住房和子女入學(xué)等問題（如清華附中等）；

（3） Help solve problems such as housing and schooling of children (such as Tsinghua Affiliated High School)

（四）優(yōu)先推薦承擔(dān)重大科研項(xiàng)目。

（4）Enjoy priority to undertake major scientific research projects.

三、政府支持 Government Support

（一）人才房票：最高80萬元；

(1) Housing subsidy: highest 800,000 RMB

（二）生活補(bǔ)貼： 6萬元；

(2) Living subsidy: 60,000 RMB

（三）工資外津貼：1000元/月；

(3) Salary subsidy: 1,000 RMB per month

（四）公積金貸款：最高90萬元；

(4) Provident housing fund loan: highest 900,000 RMB

（五）博士后政策：

u 新入站的博士后研究人員

? 每年給予不低于25萬元的科研生活補(bǔ)助；

? 資助期2年。

u Newly enrolled post-doctor

u 對出站留嘉（來嘉）工作的博士后

? 補(bǔ)貼政策：給予最高20萬元的生活補(bǔ)助；

? 補(bǔ)貼期限：分2次申領(lǐng)。

浙江清華柔性電子技術(shù)研究院（以下簡稱“柔電院”）是浙江省人民政府和清華大學(xué)共同打造的高能級新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，也是首批認(rèn)定的省級新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。柔電院于2017年11月在長三角一體化核心腹地——浙江省嘉興市南湖區(qū)正式注冊成立，性質(zhì)為民非（民辦非企業(yè)）。作為清華大學(xué)柔性電子技術(shù)研究中心的校外實(shí)體，柔電院面向國家重大需求和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，集中精力開展高水平研究，不斷產(chǎn)生標(biāo)志性成果并形成轉(zhuǎn)化能力，持續(xù)打造國家戰(zhàn)略科技力量，積極建設(shè)國內(nèi)一流工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院。

Institute of Flexible Electronic Technology of Tsinghua, Zhejiang (IFET) is a new scientific research institute jointly established by the people&39s government of Zhejiang and Tsinghua University, also approved as one of the first-batch provincial innovative research & development institutions. In November 2017, IFET was officially established as a non-profit organization in Nanhu District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, located in center of the Yangtze River Delta area. As an off-campus entity of flexible electronic technology research center of Tsinghua university, IFET focuses on crucial requirements of the national and regional economic development, endeavoring to carry out high-level scientific research, continuously produce great achievements and cultivate industrial transations. Enabled by the national strategy oriented scientific and technological strength, IFET is striving forward to a first-class industrial technology research institute in China.

柔電院中試場地超20000平方米，公共實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺空間超3000平方米。四年來，柔電院深度聚焦柔性芯片與微系統(tǒng)、柔性可穿戴技術(shù)與醫(yī)療健康、智能感知與工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等領(lǐng)域開展工程化技術(shù)研究，已基本形成國際領(lǐng)先并能解決實(shí)際工程問題的科研能力，累計(jì)牽頭申報(bào)國家級科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng)，申請發(fā)明專利500余件，年獲批科研經(jīng)費(fèi)近億元,持續(xù)以高水平的科技創(chuàng)新和工程化能力服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

The site of pilot line covers over 20,000 square meters and the space of public experimental plat covers more than 3,000 square meters. In the past four years, IFET has been focusing on flexible chips and microsystems, flexible wearable technology and medical health, intelligent perception and industrial Internet of Things, etc., ing a world-leading capability of solving practical engineering issues. IFET has applied for more than 30 national scientific research projects, more than 500 invention patents, and received annual research funding of nearly 100 million RMB. IFET continuously serves regional economy and industrial development with high-level scientific and technological innovation and engineering capabilities.
